Drop-in care is available for students who need afterschool care infrequently or less than 2 days per week, and for KidZone participants who infrequently need extra day of care. To reserve a drop-in space, you must notify the JCC youth director as well as your child’s school. A Child Information Record must be on file for all drop-in students.
JCC membership is required to register for KidZone. All JCC financial obligations must be current prior to registration. Registrations are accepted throughout the year; fees can be prorated for students who begin midway through a month.
Payment for the first month is due with registration; subsequent payments are due on the 1st of each month. A $10 late fee will be assessed for payments received after the 10th of the month. If your bank offers automatic bill payment, you may be able to set up recurring monthly payments to the JCC. To avoid fees to you or the JCC, please request automatic payment via check (instead of EFT).
Tuition takes into account JCC holiday closures and is spread over the nine and a half months of the school year for your convenience (June is discounted 50%). No reimbursement is given for absences due to weather closures, illness, vacation, or other personal reasons, but students may make up a missed day later in the week (advance notice is required). A $10 late fee will be charged for students picked up after 6:00 pm.
Schedule changes and withdrawals can be made throughout the year, but may not become effective until one month following notice of the change. A $15 schedule change fee per student will be charged each time you make a schedule reduction; there is no schedule change fee to switch to different days or add additional days.
