Tuition Policies

JCC membership is required to register for KK/KC. All JCC financial obligations must be current prior to registration. Registrations are accepted throughout the year; fees can be prorated for students who begin midway through a month. Payment for the first month is due with registration; subsequent payments are due on the 1st of each month. A $10 late fee will be assessed for payments received after the 10th of the month. A $10 fee will also be charged for students picked up after 6:00 pm.

Tuition takes into account JCC holiday closures and is spread over the nine and a half months of the school year for your convenience (June is discounted 50%). Due to the high number of Thursday and Friday closures in September, tuition for that month will be reduced for those registered for Thursdays and/or Fridays (contact the JCC youth director for details and refer to the calendar on the reverse of this brochure for closure dates).

Schedule changes can be made throughout the year, but may not become effective until the 1st of the following month. A $15 schedule change fee per student will be charged each time you make a schedule reduction; there is no schedule change fee if you would like to switch to different days or add additional days. No reimbursement is given for absences due to weather closures, illness, vacation, or other personal reasons, but students may make up a missed day later in the week (advance notice is required).

Days Off & Snow Day Programs

The JCC offers School’s Out and Vacation Fun Days programs for an additional fee from 8 am – 6 pm whenever schools are closed but the JCC is open. KK/KC students have priority enrollment and do not have to pay for PM Care if they are enrolled in KK/KC on the day the program occurs.

The JCC also offers Snow Day programs from 10 am – 6 pm when schools are closed due to the weather but the JCC is able to open. Students enrolled in KK/KC on the day of the Snow Day program pay a reduced fee.
