Tours & Inquiries

We highly recommend visiting our center for a personal tour.  Taking a tour of our center gives prospective parents a chance to get a feel for the unique flavor of our program.  Coming from out of town?  No time to stop by?  Feel free to give us a call, and we would be happy to answer all of your questions.  Reach us at 734-971-0990, or at ecc@jccfed.org.

Applying to our Program and Reserving a Spot

Enrollment for the coming school year (September - August) starts every March.    To apply to our program, download and return our APPLICATION, along with a $75 enrollment fee and a $150 depost.  We do admit children to our program mid-year, depending on availability. A wait list is maintained to fill any openings that become available during the school year.  Looking for our fees?  They are on our application, which you can download below.

Admissions Policy

The JCC Early Childhood Center welcomes children of all backgrounds.

Priority for admission is as follows:

  1. Children currently enrolled who complete their contracts.
  2. Siblings of children currently enrolled.
  3. Children of JCC members.
  4. Children of families who are members of affiliated Jewish institutions.
  5. Children new to the program.

In all cases, desired schedules depend on availability.

Financial Aid

We are committed to making sure that the JCC's programs are available to all members of the community. The JCC has scholarship assistance available to help offset the costs of ECC tuition.  Our agency partners with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment in order to maintain objectivity and confidentiality throughout the financial aid process.  Families interested in financial aid for the 2014-15 school year should complete an online application, and submit the necessary supporting documentation at www.factstuitionaid.com no later than June 1, 2014.

Are you graduate student at the University of Michigan?  You may be eligible for the university's Child Care Subsidy program.
