Registration Form
Registration is open! Print this form and mail it to the JCC to register for camp (hard copies are also available at the JCC). Families that register by March 30 are eligible for early bird rates and all families that register for camp by May 1 will be entered in a raffle for a free week of camp. The final registration deadline is June 1; late fees will apply for registrations received after this date. 

Scholarship Application
Need-based scholarships are available for qualifying families. Print this form and mail it to the JCC along with the required documents to apply for scholarship funds. Scholarship applications are due March 1, but a limited amount of additional funds may be available for late applicants. 

Donation Form
To support our camp programs and help us provide scholarships for campers with financial need, please print this form and mail it to the JCC along with your donation. You may also click here to make a secure online donation. Our campers thank you!

JCC Membership Form
Print this form and mail it to the JCC to purchase or renew your family's JCC membership (non-members may participate in camp but must pay an additional fee of $50 per session per camper). For more information about JCC membership, click here. Families new to Ann Arbor may qualify for a half price membership; call 734-971-0990 for details.
